Womb Sounds was written and recorded in the final days leading to the artists' transformation into fatherhood. The music ponders the koan "who were you before you were conceived in your mother's womb?". It swims in the amniotic mystery of continuum, and marvels at the incessant hum of creation.

The EP was recorded directly to tape on a Tascam 424 MKIII 4-Track, manipulating the guitar with a busted delay pedal and an EBow.

Together, the four songs are stitched together thematically and are meant to be heard in sequence.

The songs were essentially lost in the chaos of sleeplessness, only to resurface thanks to a friend who discovered a shared copy five years later.
